Monthly online check-ins sessions (in between 1:1 Coaching sessions) to check progress and provide guidance
Meeting recordings to allow for complete focus during session and the opportunity to revisit the content at your convenience
A secure Private Client Site that keeps your information confidential and in one place for easy access and efficiency
A plan that is optimized for you, including easy-to-use Worksheets, Tools and Exercises to complete between sessions designed to help you make progress
