How to Whitelist

Find your email provider below and follow the instructions to make sure we get in your inbox!

Gmail

  1. Open an email in your inbox from hello@michellerichardson.com
  2. Hover over the name.
  3. Select “add to contacts” to save us to your Contacts list.

 

Want to make sure we don’t land in your promotions tab?

  1. Drag the email from “Promotions” to your “Primary” tab
  2. When asked, “Do this for future messages?” select “Yes”

Apple Mail

  1. Open the email in your inbox from hello@michellerichardson.com
  2.  Click on the email address hello@michellerichardson.com
  3. Select “Add to Contacts”.

Outlook

  1. Open the email in your inbox from hello@michellerichardson.com
  2.  Right-click “Click here” to download images in the gray bar at the top of the message.
  3.  Select “Add Sender to Safe Senders List.”

Yahoo

  1. Open the email in your inbox from hello@michellerichardson.com
  2. Click on the email address hello@michellerichardson.com
  3. Click “…”.
  4. Select “Add to contacts”.
  5. Click save to finish.
